Customer Live Chat Support – Squarespace (Remote)

We’re hiring for entry-level live chat customer service roles, and this position makes a real difference. You’ll spend your days connecting with our customers, helping them navigate their purchases with confidence. 

In this role, you’ll become the frontline expert for answering product questions, troubleshooting basic technical issues on our platform, and creating positive interactions throughout the buying process.

You won’t be flying solo. Comprehensive onboarding materials and continuous support from your team are available whenever you need guidance, ensuring your transition into online retail support is smooth, engaging, and financially rewarding as you build your skill set.

Primary responsibilities: Remote chat support agents respond to customer inquiries submitted through live chat channels on websites and messaging platforms. These conversations include troubleshooting requests from current shoppers as well as pre-purchase questions from prospective buyers.

Employment type: Ongoing, flexible arrangement

Rate: $35 hourly rate

Required qualifications: Access to a smartphone, tablet, or computer to use chat platforms and navigate web interfaces. Capability to work autonomously without direct supervision. Comfort following documented procedures consistently. Minimum 10 weekly hours to dedicate. Strong, dependable internet connection required.

Weekly commitment: Minimum 10 hours per week

Work arrangement: Fully remote, available globally, United States applicants prioritized.
