Customer Care Specialist – Fully Remote

What you will be doing:

Your natural empathy and ability to adapt will shine as you engage with customers. By putting yourself in their position, you’ll identify their underlying concerns and deliver tailored solutions. You’ll handle customer requests through chat-based communication, using strong listening skills, clear dialogue, and continuous learning to resolve matters. 

Additional responsibilities include responding to inquiries, sharing relevant product links, providing promotional offers, and guiding customers toward locating resources and completing transactions with ease. 

Rate: $35 per hour

Requirements: You’ll need access to a computer, smartphone, or tablet paired with dependable high-speed internet. Proficiency in written English at a fundamental level is essential. 

Skills/background needed: This position is entry-level within chat support services, so comprehensive onboarding and skill development are offered. Prior experience with live chat roles is not required. 

Location: Remote work available across the United States.
