Responsibilities: As a live chat support representative, you’ll respond to incoming inquiries through chat interfaces on company websites and social platforms. Your conversations will address customer support concerns and handle sales-related questions from prospective buyers.
Agreement Type: Flexible, no minimum commitment
Rate: $35 hourly
Required Qualifications: You’ll need a smartphone, tablet, or computer capable of accessing messaging applications and website chat platforms. Self-directed work ethic is essential. Ability to adhere to detailed guidelines and procedures. Minimum 10 hours weekly availability required. Stable, high-speed internet access.
