Customer Service Chat Agent – Part Time Remote

In this Customer Service Agent position, you’ll focus on creating meaningful customer connections and improving customer lifetime value by delivering outstanding support through email and live chat channels. Day-to-day, you’ll communicate product details and current offers, showcase your understanding of our brand, and demonstrate core values including dedication, responsibility, teamwork, and openness when engaging with customers.

Strong interpersonal abilities and the capacity to establish genuine connections with customers will be vital for driving satisfaction levels and building long-term loyalty. Working alongside your customer service colleagues will be key to maintaining consistent, high-quality interactions across all customer touchpoints. Rate: $35 hourly

Requirements: A working laptop, smartphone, or tablet with stable internet access is necessary. You’ll need competent English writing abilities.

Skills/background needed: This is an entry-level live chat opportunity, and full training will be supplied. Prior experience with paid live chat roles is not required.

Responsibilities: Consistently meet or surpass performance targets while providing quality customer service. Increase customer happiness through chat and email interactions. Handle multiple tasks effectively and work across different platforms simultaneously.

Location: Remote work is available throughout the United States.
