Customer Service Chat Agent – Inbound Support (No Experience)

Looking to jump into the world of online customer support? We’re building a team of Live Chat Specialists to handle customer interactions in our e-commerce platform. You’ll spend your day communicating with shoppers through written chat and messaging, helping them find what they need and guiding them through their purchase journey.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Sign into our chat system each day and respond to incoming customer messages.
  • Leverage built-in chat tools to quickly resolve frequently occurring questions.
  • Escalate tricky situations to your chat team lead when needed.
  • Complete a short 1 to 2 hour onboarding before your first shift.

Employment terms: Flexible, no commitment period

Rate: $35 hourly

What We Need From You:

  • A connected device that can run web chat and social messaging platforms, Smartphone, Computer, or Tablet.
  • Comfort working on your own and sticking to clear guidelines.
  • Willingness to commit at least 5 hours weekly.
  • Stable broadband connection.
