This position focuses on addressing customer inquiries, handling product questions, processing exchanges and returns, and making each transaction smooth and hassle-free.
What You’ll Do:
- When customers reach out through the chat interface on our Shopify storefront with questions about promotions, shipping details, or policies, you’ll be there to assist them promptly.
- You’ll reference a detailed knowledge base containing common customer questions and answers, with supervisory support available for more complex situations.
Position Details:
- Flexible contract structure with no minimum term commitment.
- Rate: $35 hourly rate.
- Qualifications: Own a working computer, tablet, or smartphone, demonstrate self-motivation, ability to follow procedures, willingness to commit 20 hours weekly minimum, and maintain stable broadband or mobile connection.
