We have an opening for a Customer Service Social Media Representative available immediately on a fully remote basis. You’ll play a key role in helping clients strengthen their online presence and build customer loyalty. Responsibilities: Your day-to-day work involves supporting digital businesses by executing social media engagement tasks. You’ll manage activities across various platforms using smartphones, tablets, or computers running Android or iOS systems. This entry-level opportunity requires no previous background in social media marketing, as comprehensive onboarding and detailed guidance are provided throughout. Your tasks will range from composing and publishing tweets, engaging with content on Facebook, to managing video uploads on YouTube, with clear instructions accompanying each assignment.
Requirements: You’ll need a reliable device such as a computer, smartphone, or tablet, along with consistent broadband or mobile internet access. Solid written communication skills in English are mandatory for this role. These positions welcome people starting their careers in social media management, and all necessary training will be supplied to set you up for success. Previous paid social media experience is not required or expected.
Rate: $35 per hour
Contract Length: Full-Time
