As a beginner-level Social Media Assistant, you’ll be tasked with delivering outstanding support to customers while prioritizing their experience and contentment with our offerings. Each day brings fresh challenges and opportunities, requiring you to develop comprehensive product knowledge while remaining flexible and ready to grow.
Responsibilities: You’ll contribute meaningfully to helping digital businesses expand their reach across social platforms using nothing more than your smartphone or tablet, whether Android or iOS. This entry-level opportunity comes with full onboarding and support materials. Zero prior expertise in social media marketing is required. Your daily tasks might include crafting tweets, engaging with content on Facebook, sharing videos on YouTube, or similar activities, all with clear, easy-to-follow guidance every step of the way.
Rate: $35 per hour
Requirements: Success in this position requires access to either a computer, smartphone, or tablet along with stable internet service. You’ll need foundational proficiency in written English. These roles target newcomers to the social media field, and we supply complete onboarding materials and guidance. Prior involvement in social media marketing campaigns is not a prerequisite.
Location: This fully remote opportunity welcomes applicants from anywhere globally. U.S.-based candidates hold preferred status, but we actively encourage submissions from international applicants as well.
