Inside Sales Representative – Remote

This beginner-friendly, work-from-home opportunity requires zero experience, since we’ll provide full onboarding and training.

What you will be doing:  Chat support specialists respond to customer inquiries submitted through live chat windows on company websites and social platforms. You might handle technical assistance from current users or sales questions from prospective customers. 

In this Chat Support role, your responsibilities will include:

  • Monitor and reply to customer chat messages across web and social channels
  • Handle customer concerns, questions, and complaints with professionalism and speed
  • Share product details, resolve technical issues, and suggest resolutions
  • Keep detailed documentation of all customer conversations and purchase history
  • Work alongside colleagues to deliver uniform and high-quality assistance
  • Complete ongoing training to strengthen your customer support capabilities

Rate: $35 per hour

Requirements: A working computer, smartphone, or tablet is essential, along with stable internet access. You’ll also need fundamental English composition abilities.

Skills/background needed: This is a junior-level customer support role, so thorough training is offered, and prior professional experience in chat support is not required.

Location: Available worldwide for remote positions, with strong preference for candidates in the United States.
