Live Chat Assistant – US Remote (Fully Remote)

Ready to jump into a dynamic remote position where you can provide real-time support to customers? We have an excellent opportunity for a Live Chat Assistant that might be perfect for you.

In this role, you’ll engage directly with website visitors and customers through live chat platforms, helping them find answers and resolve their concerns. Day-to-day, you’ll be fielding customer questions, troubleshooting problems, and making sure every interaction leaves a positive impression.

We’re looking for someone who can juggle multiple conversations simultaneously, stay calm when things get busy, and bring genuine enthusiasm to every customer interaction.

What you will be doing: You’ll spend your time managing incoming messages on Facebook and Instagram, addressing both current customers who need assistance and prospective buyers with questions about products. Training will be provided to prepare you for the different types of conversations you’ll encounter.

Contract length: Flexible, no set end date

Rate: $35 hourly

Skills/background needed: You’ll need a computer, phone, or tablet with reliable access to social platforms and messaging tools. Independent work is essential, as is the ability to follow detailed guidelines consistently. We ask for a minimum of 5 hours weekly availability and a stable internet connection.

Hours per week: 5 to 40 hours weekly

Location: Anywhere with internet access, US-based applicants preferred.
