Customer Service Chat Representative – Live Support

Do you excel at resolving customer concerns with tact and professionalism? Can you thrive independently in a remote setting while maintaining strong organizational habits and making smart use of your available tools?

This position is entirely text-based, so there are no in-person interactions required. You’ll communicate exclusively through written chat channels, including platforms like Facebook Messenger. Working remotely means you can complete all tasks from your preferred location, with nothing but an internet connection needed.

Your day-to-day work involves responding to customer inquiries via live chat on business websites and social channels. You’ll handle customer questions, share relevant product links, and communicate available promotions and deals.

Rate: $35 hourly

What You’ll Need: A working device such as a computer, smartphone, or tablet with stable internet access is essential. Proficiency in written English at a basic level is required.

Experience/Qualifications: This is an entry-level opportunity, so full onboarding and instruction are included. Prior experience in live chat support is not necessary.
