Your day-to-day work involves responding to incoming chat inquiries on our platform and social channels. You’ll address customer concerns, share relevant product information, recommend special offers, and guide customers toward solutions.
Rate: $35 hourly rate.
What You’ll Need: A working device such as a desktop computer, smartphone, or tablet with dependable internet service. Proficiency in written English at a basic level or higher is required.
Experience/Qualifications: No prior experience needed, as these are foundational-level positions. We provide complete training to all new hires, so beginners are welcome to apply.
