What You’ll Be Doing:
This position puts you directly in touch with customers who need assistance. You’ll respond to their messages quickly and professionally, work through complex situations with patience, and develop genuine connections with the people you help. Your goal will be turning frustration into satisfaction, one conversation at a time.
Your Day-to-Day Tasks:
Operating as a Customer Support Representative, you’ll handle these core functions:
- Responding promptly to customer questions and handling complaints with a calm, professional manner.
- Putting yourself in customers’ shoes to find solutions that work for them, and stepping up to advocate when the situation calls for it.
- Collecting customer input and suggestions, then sharing that information to help improve how we serve people in the future.
What We Offer:
- Rate: You’ll earn $35 hourly.
- Equipment: A computer, smartphone, or similar device plus stable internet connection are required. You’ll also need to write clearly in English.
- Experience Level: Brand new to live chat? That’s perfectly fine. We’ll walk you through everything with thorough onboarding and training.
- Work Location: Work from anywhere on the globe, though we particularly welcome applicants based in the USA.
