Responsibilities:
- As a Live Chat Support Associate, you will respond to real-time customer messages sent through company websites and social media platforms. These conversations may include technical assistance for current users or product inquiries from prospective customers.
Contract length: Flexible, no minimum commitment
Rate: $35 per hour
Requirements:
- Access to a computer, smartphone, or tablet capable of using web browsers and chat platforms.
- Comfortable working with minimal supervision while carefully adhering to guidelines and protocols.
- Capacity to commit at least 10 hours weekly.
- Stable, high-speed internet connection required.
