Live Chat Specialist – Non Voice (Work from Home)

Do you have strong communication skills and enjoy helping others resolve their concerns? We’re seeking a dedicated support professional to deliver exceptional service to our clients and their customers. You’ll respond to inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and transform each conversation into a positive experience using live chat and email channels.

Responsibilities:

  • As a Live Chat Support Associate, you will respond to real-time customer messages sent through company websites and social media platforms. These conversations may include technical assistance for current users or product inquiries from prospective customers.

Contract length: Flexible, no minimum commitment

Rate: $35 per hour

Requirements:

  • Access to a computer, smartphone, or tablet capable of using web browsers and chat platforms.
  • Comfortable working with minimal supervision while carefully adhering to guidelines and protocols.
  • Capacity to commit at least 10 hours weekly.
  • Stable, high-speed internet connection required.

Location:

  • Work from anywhere globally, with preference for candidates in the United States.
