Customer Service Chat Representative – Native English Support

This opportunity doesn’t require in-person meetings with clients. Instead, you’ll communicate with customers through digital channels such as Facebook Messenger and other messaging platforms. You’ll handle incoming chat requests on company websites and various social media platforms. The position is 100% remote, meaning you can work from wherever you choose as long as you have internet connectivity.

Position Overview: Online Chat Support Services

Working as a chat support specialist, you’ll receive $35 hourly Rate. Day-to-day activities involve responding to customer questions, providing details about merchandise, and sometimes authorizing promotional offers to improve overall customer experience.

What We’re Looking For:

Success in this position requires owning a functioning computer, smartphone, or tablet along with dependable high-speed internet. Solid written communication abilities in English are required. Previous live chat experience is not necessary, as comprehensive onboarding is provided to all new hires.
