Live Chat Operator – Remote (No Experience)

Help customers get the support they need as a Remote Customer Service Professional. You’ll handle multiple messaging platforms, making sure every customer interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. Your friendly approach and attention to detail will directly impact customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.

Primary responsibilities: Working as a live chat specialist, you’ll receive Rate for responding to customer inquiries through website chat interfaces and social platforms. Your tasks will involve answering product questions, sharing relevant purchase options, and communicating special offers to customers.

Contract type: Flexible, no minimum term required

Rate: $35 hourly rate

Required qualifications: Access to a compatible device for using chat platforms and social applications (smartphone, tablet, or computer). Self-motivated work style with capacity to manage tasks independently. Willingness to follow detailed protocols and instructions precisely. Minimum 5+ hours weekly availability. Fast, stable internet connection required.

Weekly hours available: Between 5 to 40 hours weekly

Work location: Anywhere globally, remote position encouraged (United States applicants preferred).
