In this position, you’ll spend your time examining diverse products and producing thorough, compelling reviews suitable for our web properties. Primary Duties:
- Examine and assess an assortment of products, covering mobile apps, gaming software, and digital tools.
- Produce thorough, persuasive reviews that faithfully present product characteristics, strengths, and limitations.
- Keep current with emerging product categories and market best practices to ensure content remains fresh and applicable.
- Work alongside editorial staff to guarantee consistency in messaging and editorial caliber throughout all pieces.
- Deliver finished content by agreed upon timelines without compromising on excellence.
Rate: $35 hourly (Varies based on the software type and the extent of analysis needed for the piece).
Qualifications:
- Documented background in writing content, with particular expertise in evaluating products.
- Solid research abilities and confidence writing knowledgeably across multiple product sectors.
- Fluent English with solid grasp of punctuation, syntax, and various writing approaches.
- Capacity to write using an approachable, personable voice that connects with readers.
- Foundational IT literacy sufficient for assessing and documenting different types of applications.
Work Arrangement: Flexible remote positions available worldwide, with preference for candidates in the United States. We’re currently scaling up our distributed workforce significantly for these roles.
