Product Support Chat Specialist – Remote (No Experience)

This role puts you directly in contact with our user base, where you’ll listen carefully to problems, work through troubleshooting steps, and deliver practical solutions that keep people happy.

Core Duties:

  • Connect with customers through chat, responding to their concerns with genuine care.
  • Walk through technical problems methodically and resolve them to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Share feedback with product and development staff, contributing observations that influence future improvements.

Position Details:

  • Rate: $35 hourly
  • What You’ll Need:
    • A working device such as a computer, smartphone, or tablet.
    • Stable internet access.
    • Comfortable communicating in written English.

Experience and Training:

  • This position is structured for entry-level candidates, and full onboarding support is provided.
