Position Overview:

In this remote chat specialist role, you become the primary contact for shoppers at online retail companies, whether they’re browsing fashion items, accessories, or specialty goods. You’ll support customers who are already interested in buying, so there’s no need for aggressive prospecting or pressure-driven conversations. Help shoppers discover the perfect products and complete their transactions with confidence.

Responsibilities:

Day-to-day duties center on delivering excellent customer support and sales assistance via live chat platforms. You will guide interested buyers through their shopping journey, answer product questions, and facilitate seamless purchases from start to finish.

Rate: $35 per hour

Requirements:

  • Device such as a laptop, smartphone, or tablet
  • Stable internet connection
  • Competent English communication skills in writing

Skills/Background Needed:
