Job Description:
- Position: Work-from-home Facebook Chat Support Specialist
- What You’ll Do: Respond to incoming messages through live chat on company websites and social platforms. Tasks include addressing customer inquiries, sharing relevant product links, and communicating available promotional offers.
- Rate: $35 hourly
- What We Need: A computer, smartphone, or tablet with steady internet access. You’ll need functional written communication skills in English.
- Experience Level: Full onboarding and training provided at no cost. Previous live chat customer service experience is not required to apply.
