This role suits individuals prepared to begin their journey in digital customer service and sales assistance, completely eliminating travel or in-person meetings. You’ll serve as a key contributor to our sales operations, communicating with clients through live chat across multiple platforms including company websites and messaging services such as Facebook Messenger.
Day-to-day work includes answering customer questions, sharing details about products, sending product links, and highlighting special offers via live chat channels. This position works well for people who excel at written communication and want to build expertise in customer relations and revenue growth.
Key Details:
- Rate: $35 hourly
