We’re actively recruiting Website Chat Operators across the United States for multiple positions. In this role, you’ll handle incoming customer messages through live chat platforms, answering their questions and providing timely assistance on various business websites. The position is entirely remote, giving you the flexibility to work from home on your own schedule.
What You’ll Be Doing: After completing an onboarding session to familiarize yourself with the position and client requirements, you’ll spend your days connecting with customers through chat interfaces. Your responsibilities will cover everything from technical support questions to product inquiries and sales-related conversations. We provide comprehensive reference materials containing frequently asked questions and answer templates, plus ongoing assistance from our support team whenever you need it.
Contract Type: Flexible, no set end date
Rate: $35 hourly rate
What We’re Looking For: Applicants need access to a device that supports website messaging and social platforms, whether that’s a smartphone, tablet, or computer. Self-motivation and the ability to follow detailed guidelines are essential. A minimum of 10 weekly hours is required, and you’ll need dependable internet access to perform the job effectively.
