You’ll be our frontline responder, handling incoming messages and delivering top-notch support to customers across multiple social platforms through direct messaging and chat features.

Responsibilities: In this position, you’ll support digital businesses by executing social media tasks that drive engagement and growth. Whether using a smartphone, tablet, or computer running Android or iOS, you’ll complete straightforward assignments like crafting tweets, engaging with Facebook content, or uploading media to video platforms. Each task comes with detailed guidance, so previous experience with social media promotion isn’t required. This entry-level opportunity includes thorough onboarding and training to set you up for success.

Requirements: You’ll need a device such as a laptop, smartphone, or tablet paired with stable internet access. Competency in basic English composition is required. Rate: $35 per hour
