Live Chat Representative – Remote (Temporary Role)

We’re looking for a customer-focused individual to fill a temporary Live Chat Support role. In this position, you’ll be the frontline contact answering customer inquiries, offering product details, and guiding customers through shipping processes. Your quick thinking and attentive responses will directly impact customer satisfaction. This temporary opportunity runs through the holiday season when demand peaks.

As a Live Chat Support Specialist, you’ll respond to real-time customer messages coming through website chat windows and social media channels. Your conversations will range from helping existing customers with ongoing issues to engaging with prospective buyers interested in making purchases.

Contract Duration: Temporary assignment aligned with the holiday shopping season, with flexibility on exact end date.

Hourly Rate: $35 per hour for customer service representatives.

Requirements:

  • A working device such as a computer, smartphone, or tablet that supports website and social platform chat interfaces.
  • Self-motivation and capability to follow detailed guidelines independently.
  • Minimum 10 hours weekly availability for scheduling.
  • Stable, dependable internet service.
