Your contributions will include performing comprehensive usability evaluations on iOS and Android platforms, spotting opportunities for improvement, and delivering actionable insights to enhance overall app performance.
Role:
Working as a Usability Researcher means installing applications directly onto your mobile device, systematically testing each function, and writing detailed feedback reports based on hands-on evaluation. You’ll also be responsible for spotting technical glitches or interaction problems that may impact user satisfaction, helping us deliver polished, intuitive applications to our audience.
Requirements:
- Ownership of one or more compatible devices such as an iPhone, iPad, Android phone, or Android tablet.
- Experience with installing and operating smartphone and tablet applications.
- Comfortable working on your own while adhering to clear guidelines.
- Willingness to commit at least 5 hours weekly to this role.
- Consistent, stable internet connection required.
Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed usability assessments to measure how well Android and iOS apps function and perform.
- Prepare comprehensive feedback summaries reflecting your testing observations.
- Spot and report any bugs, design flaws, or usability friction points uncovered during your evaluation process.
