Job responsibilities: You will respond to incoming customer inquiries through live messaging channels on company websites and social platforms. Your responses will address either technical support needs from current customers or product interest from prospective clients.

Rate: $35 hourly
Required qualifications: Access to a smartphone, tablet, or computer for managing social platforms and website messaging tools. Self-motivation and ability to work without supervision. Strong attention to detail when executing provided protocols. Minimum 10 hours weekly availability. Strong internet connection required.
