You’ll interact with customers through live chat and email channels, answering inquiries, troubleshooting problems, and delivering outstanding support experiences. This position suits individuals with strong written communication skills who perform well under pressure in dynamic settings.
Your daily responsibilities: You’ll spend your time responding to incoming live chat inquiries on client websites and social platforms. Your day involves addressing customer concerns, sharing relevant product information, and presenting promotional opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
Contract details: Flexible, ongoing arrangement with no set expiration date.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Required qualifications: You’ll need a smartphone, tablet, or computer capable of accessing web chat platforms and social media messaging systems. Strong ability to work autonomously and follow detailed guidelines consistently. Minimum 5+ hours weekly availability. Dependable broadband or mobile internet connection required.
Weekly availability: Between 5 and 40 hours weekly, flexible scheduling.
