We’re looking for independent Freelance App Evaluators who can thoroughly test new mobile apps and deliver detailed feedback. If you enjoy hands-on tech exploration and want flexible work that fits your schedule, this remote position allows you to evaluate applications from anywhere while helping developers create better user experiences globally.
Roles: Your responsibilities will involve installing apps onto your mobile device, systematically testing all functionality, and composing comprehensive feedback about what works well and what doesn’t. You’ll document bugs, usability issues, and overall impressions in written form.
Requirements: You must own or have access to at least one of the following devices: iPhone, iPad, Android phone, or Android tablet
Contract length: Ongoing, no set end date
Rate: $35 hourly (varies based on app complexity and depth of evaluation needed)
Skills/background needed:
- Comfortable downloading, installing, and navigating mobile applications
- Ability to manage your own workload with minimal oversight
- Strong attention to detail when following testing guidelines
- Minimum 5 hours weekly available for testing
- Consistent, dependable internet connection required
Hours per week: Variable based on your availability.
