Phone App Tester – Remote / No Experience

In this Mobile App Tester position, you’ll play a vital role in making sure mobile applications reach the quality expectations our partners require. You’ll work alongside skilled testers and developers to spot bugs, identify usability problems, and flag anything that could impact how users experience the app.

Responsibilities:

  • Install and test various mobile applications across iOS and Android devices.
  • Document your findings and submit detailed feedback about any problems or concerns you discover.

Requirements:

  • Ownership of at least one compatible device, such as an iPhone, iPad, Android phone, or Android tablet.
  • Capability to manage projects without constant oversight.
  • Strict adherence to all testing protocols and instructions provided.
  • Minimum weekly availability of 5 or more hours.
  • Dependable broadband or mobile internet access.

Contract Term: No fixed term

Rate: $35 per hour (Rate may adjust based on application difficulty and thoroughness of your analysis)

Qualifications:

  • Ownership of a mobile device with the capacity to download and run apps.
  • Driven approach to work, comfortable operating autonomously.
  • Meticulous focus on quality and commitment to adhering to established criteria.
  • Schedule flexibility with a commitment of 5 hours minimum each week.
  • Consistent and stable internet connection.

Hours per Week: Flexible

Location: Remote (Work from anywhere online; applicants from the United States are preferred)
