Virtual Shopping Chat Assistant – Remote

This position involves providing real-time chat support to online shoppers across various e-commerce platforms and social channels. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries, sharing product links, and communicating promotional offers to enhance their shopping experience. 

Rate: $35 per hour

Requirements: A computer, smartphone, or tablet is essential, along with a stable internet connection. Proficiency in basic written English is mandatory for this role. 

Skills/background needed: Entry-level experience is perfectly acceptable, as comprehensive onboarding and training will be provided. Previous chat support experience is not required to succeed in this position. 

Location: Remote work from anywhere within the United States is available for this opportunity.
