Customer Assistance Agent – Virtual

We’re hiring Remote Customer Support Specialists who thrive in digital communication and love connecting with customers online. You’ll help companies strengthen their customer relationships by handling conversations across social channels, addressing customer needs, and delivering exceptional support on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. What You’ll Need: A computer, smartphone, or tablet is required, along with consistent high-speed internet access. Competent written English communication abilities are essential. 

Experience/Qualifications: These entry-level chat support positions come with thorough onboarding and instruction, so prior experience in live chat roles is not required. 

Work Location: Fully remote opportunity available worldwide, with strong preference for candidates based in the United States.
